On the News at 11:00

Tim was told that he's been reallocated. hmm... funny terms, first dissolved, now reallocated.

He has 4 weeks to decide if he still wants to work for his present company. Although that means a move and we're not sure what locations are available. The one really cool part of that option is that they would move us and buy our house.... hmmm

And then there's a severance, yep, there is. If he wants to call it quits he can.

And he's happy :)

We have some time now to think.

Happy Friday to you all and know that Tim is going to enjoy having some time off,

Yay!

Wahooo!!! Here's to having the Eugene job on that list of possibilities :D
I'm *so* happy the Universe has given Tim the chance he's been too afraid to take on his own! Run, Fly, Be Free!!! (and get all yer asses out here ♥ quick, please!)

That is just a little spooky. I think Zenmomma has a tractor beam out there in Oregon.

Glad the job news is happy. :) Now if we can get someone to offer Mark a job in New Zealand before Jesse takes his driving test and has to register with the Selective Service, xx MWAH xx Universe!

Glad things are looking up. Now Tim will have a little extra time to play with his Webkinz. ;)

OK, so this sucks, there aren't any openings to be filled in OR :( They filled those with the people who already are there.

And Tim is still kind of excited about this job in Brainerd... there are openings in TN, SC, GA, NY..and others; a lot of southern ones. One in Yakima WA.

But then after all the contemplating and thinking we come back to one big fact, we still have this house to sell, sick of it!

Well!
Dissolved and now potentially.... reconstituted?

They will sell your house if he stays. Then you could choose to rent instead of buy for a while, maybe, and the first time he's slightly unhappy (after he works long enough not to have to pay back the moving costs) he could quit dramatically and you all could hightail it to oregon or something!

Yeah, we are seriously considering the option of them buying our house. With the history of the sale of this house we feel we need to. (In the past 4 years or so it's been up for sale for almost 3 of those years.)

But yes, that takes us in a completely different direction than Oregon. So my head is spinning. There is one cool thing, an opening in Gainesville, yes Wendy and Shelby :) And the warm weather does sound good right now. Lots of friends within driving distance.

We'd be awfully far from our PNW friends though :( but this might be what we need to do for now. But I think renting is a good idea. There are lots of homes for sale everywhere maybe some of them would be happy to rent.

I love you all in the Oregon/PNW area hope you all understand.

OMG! GA! GA! GA! made the list. And you are considering it. I heartily favor that idea, if it can't be Oregon. Such a soft landing her, especially after MN. You would be so warm and would not even own a snow shovel. You would be near to Mindy and of course Wendy and us! I will shut up now, but I could go on...and say things like year round gardening, and year round produce from us.

Wow! Lots to think about and consider! Our move to GA has been the best thing ever!!!! We love it here, but man oh man, the decision to make the leap was HARD!!!!!!And the house selling thing...don't get me started on that. The stress and anguish of sitting on our house in FL for over 7 months while we were living in GA was nearly the end of my sanity. I'm sending you vibes of joy, anticipation, and serenity as your family makes this choice.
