a few kudzu thoughts
Did you know that kudzu blooms? It's still a devastating plant but I was pleasantly surprised by these flowers, and since it's every where around me, it's nice to see the these little flowers.
When we wonder about what we'll do when Tim changes jobs I always say, "well, we could travel around with goats. For the kudzu!" ;) And then I could make some gjetost too! (it's pronounced Yaytoast) Kyra and I love it!

We would hire you. I seriously like that idea! Did you know that you can eat kudzu? I had a friend who made kudzu baskets that were beautiful (for whatever kudzu doesn't get eaten by the goats:)
Wendy ate some a couple of weeks ago. She said it wasn't too bad. I thought the goat idea was a good one but I know people would have to know that everything would be eaten! you know those goats!
